All orders ships free via air registered mail within 2-3 weeks to anywhere in the world. e.g USPS, China Mail, NL Postal. Orders of USD 100 or more are upgraded to Global Express within 7-10 days free-of-charge. e.g DHL, Fedex, UPS, TNT.

Anghu sometimes splits your orders into multiple shipments to avoid delays. All shipments are shipped using the best shipping method as follow your order amount or according to your area.

Shipping Handle Time

All products in Anghu shop are ready stock, the shipping handle time are usually within 3 working days (except weekend / holidays), Due to hot sale season or special event met, please allow us extend more handle time.

Standard Return Policy

Not happy with a product? Return it to us.

You may return undamaged items to us postmarked within 45 calendar days of delivery. If the return is not a result of our error, customers will be required to cover shipping cost both ways. Please make sure the item is returned in the original condition, with the original packaging and accessories.

Import Tax and Duty are responsible by customers. Anghu marks packages as gifts with low values. Virtually all orders are exempt from taxes and duties.

If your country imposes high import taxes, please inform us to choose standard free shipping. Packages shipped via expedited service (Global Express) are more likely to be opened and examined by your country's customs.

Measures user need to take

• User need do communication first before arrange return, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.


• After receipt our confirmation, start to send return package to the return address, pls make sure it is firmly packaging, and ensure the integrity of the returned goods.


• User need to pay the return shipping and customs fees in your advance.

Refund Policy:  

1. Product Warranty (faulty / defective over normal use)

Unless otherwise noted on the product page, product warranty is 6 months counted from the date of shipment.

Within 3 months from shipment:  Upon returning, defective items are replaced and shipped back to customers for free. Return shipping reimbursement is USD 40 or 50% of the item's price, whichever is lower.

Within 6 months from shipment: Upon returning, defective items are replaced and shipped back to customers for free. Return shipping reimbursement is unavailable.

2. Afterwards

Customers may still send defective items back to Anghu. Anghu passes those items back to their manufactures and helps coordinating the repair. Customers are responsible for shipping charges both ways.

Depending on the problem, fees may be assessed by the manufacturers. Anghu will contact customers before committing the repairs.

3. Incorrect Description / Wrong Items Mailed

Anghu will exchange the item or fully refund you. Contact us and then ship the products back via the least expensive method, and Anghu covers all return shipping charges.

Due to restrictions imposed by PayPal, Anghu is unable to issue refunds 60 days after payments. In such cases, coupon code of equivalent value are issued in place of refunds. 

An item not as described is defined as either a significant specification is different or the appearance of the primary product is significantly different, compared to those listed on the product page before ordering.
